In addition to the Maple Infused Fruit Dip with Apples (recipe follows), the complete menu included:
1/2 cup heavy (whipping)
cream
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Here is how I made this dip:
1. Place heavy cream in a
medium-sized mixing bowl. Beat until thick, but not stiff.
2. Add sour cream, maple
syrup & cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl. Stir to combine thoroughly.
3. Cover and refrigerate for
4 hours. Serve with fruit of choice.
Servings: 20 Yield: Approximately 2 cups
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Inactive Time: 4 hours
Total Time: 4 hours and 5
minutes
Nutrition (per serving): 63
calories, 39 calories from fat, 4.5 g total fat, 14.1 mg cholesterol, 12.4 mg
sodium, 37.5 mg potassium, 5.8 g carbohydrates, 1 g fiber, 5.2 g sugar, 1 g
protein.
