Cooking for One or Two

Cooking for one can be a daunting experience, especially when you are new to the scene. Through a few short lessons, I will hopefully take some of the mystery out and put some of the fun back into cooking for just one person or even a couple.

Just look at the picture at the left. We often want everything we see, but the reality is that we probably cannot eat it all before is spoils, resulting in waste.
