Here is my recipe:
1/3 cup whipping cream, stiffly beaten
2 cups Barber's eggnog
1 teaspoon run extract
1/4 cup rum
2 tablespoons brandy
1 tablespoon bourbon
Nutmeg to taste
Here is how I made this delicious holiday drink:
Pour whipping cream into small chilled bowl. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form, set aside. In separate bowl, combine eggnog, flavoring, rum, brandy and bourbon. Gently fold in whipped cream. To serve, pour into cordial glasses or small punch cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Author's Note: For a non-alcoholic version, simply increase the rum flavoring by one to two more teaspoons and do not add liqueurs.
