Entertaining is just about the most fun thing I can think of during the holiday season, but hosting groups of people in your homes can be stressful and time consuming. I have a couple of fab dips that take a lot of the stress out of preparing for a party, especially if you purchase in this case veggies already cut into bite sized pieces. This jewel can be on the table from start to finish in 15 minutes or less.
Here is my recipe:
2 cups small-curd cottage cheese
1 2/3 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons Creole seasoning
1 sprig Parsley for garnish, optional
2 dashes Paprika for garnish, (optional)
Here is how I did this:-
1. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, Creole seasoning and salt in bowl of food processor. Pulse until thoroughly combined. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to three days.
2. To serve, transfer to bowl; garnish with fresh parsley and sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Serve with fresh vegetables of choice.
