New Hoagie--Gluten Free Too

Excerp from this week's From My Kitchen column in The Auburn Village:

“One of our recent success stories in the kitchen is the development of a gluten free hoagie, a real treasure since we have not enjoyed anything even close to a sandwich in about a year and a half. This prize is our, Open Faced Pizza Hoagie (recipe follows) that will serve as inspiration for good sandwiches to come. Finding the right gluten free bread product, in this case UDI’s Frozen Baguette, was the key. Creamy Asparagus Soup (recipe follows) rounds out a tasty lunch that goes well with a glass of Full Belly Red . . .
